Present Like a Pro: Design and Deliver Effective PowerPoint Presentations

  6. Format presentations for visual appeal and maximum readability to convey the message at a glance and to avoid visual clutter.
  7. Develop strategies on how to keep the audience focused and on track to keep to the timetable.
  8. Reduce apprehension and anxiety about presenting to maintain confidence and credibility.

Pre-work: Have your staff bring a short PowerPoint presentation —preferably one in progress—to class for review and discussion in breakout groups.
